At FastPitchSoftball.com, every product is made fresh just for you.
We use high-quality on-demand printing partners to ensure the best color, durability, and consistency across all apparel.

This means your order is created, printed, and shipped as soon as it’s purchased.


Processing Time (Production)

All apparel is made-to-order.
Production usually takes:

• 2–5 business days
(Most orders ship on day 3 or sooner.)

During peak sports seasons or holiday periods, production may take an extra day or two — but we always work to ship as fast as possible.


Shipping Time

United States (Mainland)

Free Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days

This includes:

  • Printing & quality check

  • Packaging

  • USPS, UPS, or DHL delivery depending on location


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.


Shipping Costs

Shipping within the United States is free.

We do not currently offer international shipping from FastPitchSoftball.com.


Shipping Delays

We cannot guarantee delivery dates, but we always aim to meet our 5–8 day window. Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier slowdowns

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Peak season volume

If you ever feel your package is late, contact us anytime and we’ll check it for you.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If an address is entered incorrectly at checkout and the order cannot be delivered, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email us at:

We will replace the item at no cost to you.
