Returns & Refund Policy

At FastPitchSoftball.com, every item is made-to-order.

Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, incorrect design selection, or ordering errors made by the customer.

Please carefully review your order details and size chart before purchasing.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will provide a free replacement.

To request a replacement:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery
• Email support@fastpitchsoftball.com
• Include your order number
• Include clear photos of the issue
• Provide a brief description of the problem

Once approved, a replacement will be issued at no cost to you.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will send a replacement at no cost.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office. If still unresolved, contact us and we will assist.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly. Requests to cancel or modify an order must be made within 1 hour of purchase. After production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Return Shipping

We do not accept general returns. In cases of approved defective or incorrect items, no return shipping cost will be required for replacement.
